Upskilling well-being at school and for the labour market 4.0

Well-being is a positive outcome that is meaningful for people as an experience of health and happiness. It includes mental and physical health, physical and emotional safety, acceptable economic status, a feeling of belonging to as group, sense of purpose, achievement, and success in life.

Well-being is a broad concept that includes some major types as emotional well-being (the ability to be resilient, manage one’s emotions and generate emotions that lead to good feelings), physical well-being (healthy lifestyle), social well-being (the ability to communicate, develop meaningful relationships with others and create one’s own emotional support network), workplace well-being, economic well-being (material living conditions as income, wealth jobs and earnings, housing, stable job and salary), and societal well-being (the ability to participate in an active community or culture).

According to the Council of Europe, well-being is important at school because it is directly related to students’ performance and in their future life at work because it is linked to their job development and satisfaction. That is a reason why upskilling well-being skill will help students to better face their future labour market 4.0.

Students in this project will improve their well-being skillset to enjoy their learning, job, and life experience. Duration: 01.10.2022. - 01.12.2023.
